A Gourmet Meal

Through a special arrangement with
Marshall and Dane Bishop we can now offer gourmet dining at it's best on your next flight.  Chef Marshall Bishop has spent time in the famous kitchens of Aqua, Rubicon, Farallon, Masa’s, Postrio, and one of the top restaurants in America, Restaurant Gary Danko for a year and a half after training at the famous Le Cordon Bleu Program at The California Culinary Academy.
